Complimentary hire of platters (white melamine platters/wooden boards) with black risers to create height and 3 or 2 tier plate towers are available to you if not already in use elsewhere for all orders over 100 guests. Artificial flowers and food garnish are also included Note: If event is less than 100 people we may need to charge a fee to cover labour costs associated with kitchen prep and packing using these platters. Set up and delivery costs/pack down costs apply Real flowers/greenery/real fruit and veg styling are an option - allow approx $400-$500 budget depending on seasonal market prices. Trestle tables may be able to be included if they are not in use. We cary black linens only. For white linen hire costs apply. We can also work with client's own table at venue to save on space/costs.
